To further strengthen the faith of the choir members in the Ecclesiastical District of Macau, district supervising minister Brother Celestino Bacsafra officiated a special gathering for them on December 21, 2024. Preaching to them God’s words, he reiterated to the choir members the value of continuously upholding their sacred duties in singing hymns of praise to the Lord God Almighty.
Choir members from the local congregations of Barra, San Malou, Taipa, and Macau gathered at the latter’s house of worship.
Jay Morales, choir leader, said on behalf of fellow choristers in San Malou Congregation, “We promise to not let go of our divine duties. We will continue singing praises to give glory and please our Almighty Father.”
“I thank the Lord God for the great spiritual blessings that I received. These have given me added inspiration in performing my duties,” said Juliet Gorgonia, assistant choir leader of Taipa Congregation.
“The special gathering was so spiritual. We were strengthened in our faith that will benefit us in facing the new year with great joy and confidence,” said Jonathan Dela Cruz, district choir director. — With reports from Miraflor Rimerata of INC News Section
