Upon completing Bible studies on doctrines, among other biblical requirements to become members of the Church Of Christ, new converts in the Ecclesiastical District of Hong Kong received baptism at the place of worship of the Local Congregation of Hong Kong West on March 23, 2025.
District supervising minister Brother Noer Misa officiated the baptismal gathering. In his preaching, he highlighted from the Bible that the baptismal candidates must remain until the end to be sure of receiving God’s promised salvation on Judgment Day.
“I’m very thankful that I’m now a full-fledged Church Of Christ member having been cleansed from my sins,” said Angelito Lobo from Hong Kong West Congregation. “I will continue inviting my loved ones to join the Church. May the Lord God also call my family to the true Church, so that all of us will be able to truly worship the true God and be saved,” Lobo added.
Right after the gathering, the newly baptized members attended a ‘Welcome, My Brethren’ activity. Dedicated at welcoming them in all other endeavors of the Church, it all the more strengthened their zeal to strive and remain active members in the Church. — With reports from Mhel Monsalud of INC News Section
