To foster health awareness and give the brethren a chance to bond together, the Ecclesiastical District of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, organized a Fun Walk and Physical Fitness activity on February 8, 2025. It was held at The Upper East grounds, Bacolod City.

As early as 6:00 a.m., the activity started, with district supervising minister Brother Randy Samson at the lead, together with fellow ministers, and ministerial workers constituting the district leadership and their respective families.

Buklod officers, also with their family members, among other loved ones, spearheaded the brethren from all over the district in participating with the approximately two-kilometer walk.  Afterwards, they also engaged in a physical activity. The event ended by 8:00 a.m.

“So many brethren participated,” observed Mambucal Congregation Buklod officer May Legada.

“It’s a great blessing for my family to be in an activity like this that further bonded us as we unite with the Church Administration,” said Veron Tiompa of the Local Congregation of F.Y. Manalo. “We even met more brethren from other congregations.”

“Such activity aimed to keep the brethren’s good health conditions that may be of use not only in everyday lives but also in performing duties in the Church,” said Victorias City Congregation  ministerial worker Brother Filjohn Lozada.

Prior to the activity, district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer Brother Ritz Vincent Villaseñor made arrangements with the venue coordinators. — With reports from Roche Esmalde of INC News Section
