Members of the  local congregations of Fresno, Lemoore, and Orosi in the Ecclesiastical District of Central Valley, California united their efforts in bringing many guests to an evangelical mission that was held at the Avenal Theater, 233 E Kings St., Kings County, California on August 24, 2024.

Using a video presentation, Brother Juan Fisher, a minister of the gospel, preached God’s words in the Spanish language, which was deemed necessary as most of the people in the city of Avenal are of Hispanic descent. Using the Bible, he proved the importance of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) for man’s salvation on Judgment Day.

Afterwards, guests also watched another video presentation that highlighted the Church’s spread and growth in Latin America.

“I’m grateful for being invited here. I learned a lot about the Church from the presentations I watched. I will attend again if the Church holds another event,” said a guest by the name of Jose Tafolla.

Maria Reyes, another guest, also expressed her gratitude to the brethren for introducing the Church in the city. “Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing the faith the Church upholds,” she said.

“The expansion of the Church in our district is a manifestation of God’s abundant blessings upon His Church. Hopefully, the event we held will be a stepping stone for the Church’s growth in this region,” said Brother Edwin Racadio, the district auditor and resident minister of the Lemoore Congregation, who led the activity.

Currently, the Central Valley Ecclesiastical District has Brother Isaias Antinew as its supervising minister. — With reports from Melissa Benedicto of INC News Section
