Church officers from various local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of San Carlos City, Pangasinan, Philippines, spearheaded the evangelical mission held at the Bolaoit Elementary School in Malasiqui, Pangasinan on August 23, 2024.

Brother Renmar A. Hementera, district Church officers overseer, officiated the propagational event. He pointed out during his Bible-based lesson that while it is important to take care of one’s everyday needs, however, he must fulfill what is far more important, that is, to join the Church Of Christ, being God’s will for all people.

In an interview after the event, Brother Hementera shared, “Through holding propagation activities like this, we hope to reach out to more people, even those in remote areas, because it is God Who desires that all people come to the knowledge of the truth or His words written in the Bible in order for them to be saved.” A total of 150 guests were able to listen to God’s words.

Among them was Gemma Diaz, who noticed “how everything was done in an orderly way, especially the preaching of God’s words straight from the Bible.”

Diaz was invited by Peter Caldona, a head deacon in the Malasiqui Congregation, and his wife Erlinda, a finance officer. When asked why they continue to invite for evangelical missions like this, Peter said, “We’re fulfilling God’s work for man’s salvation. Also, our Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, exhorts the entire Church to further intensify the works of propagation. As extensions of the Church Administration, thus we, Church officers, should be the first ones to heed our leader’s call.”

Brother Hementera added on behalf of the district, “Led by our district supervising minister, Brother Eduardo R. Olipas, the Church officers and members in the District of San Carlos City, Pangasinan will remain united in all the endeavors of the Church Of Christ.”
