Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from Genova Congregation, in the Italy North Ecclesiastical District, united in a coastal clean-up activity under the INC Giving project on August 15, 2024.

Led by Brother Giancarlo Visco, resident ministerial worker, brethren worked together to clean Spiaggia della Foce, a beach in Punta Vagno near Fiera di Genova, of debris, as well as the streets of Corso Italia in Genova. The collected pieces of rubbish such as plastic bottles and bags, soda cans, and candy wrappers were disposed of propely afterwards.

Amado Delmolin, finance officer, said that despite his “busy work schedule,” he “prioritized taking part in this activity which manifests the concern of the Church to the environment.”

“The brethren were so eager and motivated to participate in this activity for this serves as a worthwhile chance to bond with each other, while at the same time, giving joy and glory to God,” stated Brother Visco. — With reports from Kate Luistro of INC News Section
