Church officers and members from the Local Congregation of Sinalhan, Ecclesiastical District of Sta. Rosa City, Laguna, in the Philippines, invited their friends and loved ones to an evangelical mission that was held at their house of worship on March 21, 2025. Around 900 guests attended the said evangelistic activity.
District Church officers overseer Brother Joey Dela Cruz preached a biblical lesson about the relationship of the Lord Jesus Christ to the true Church. As He is the head of the Church that is His body, people should not merely accept Him as their personal Savior and then reject the Church altogether. Instead, as Brother Dela Cruz highlighted, people must enter the true Church to receive salvation on Judgment Day.
“This activity is significant because we are also able to proclaim the reason of the Lord Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the cross,” Brother Kelvin Anzano, resident ministerial worker, explained. “That is, to redeem those whom He will save—the members of the true Church Of Christ.”
“With the truth I heard from the Bible, I want to join the true Church. I will continue listening to the biblical teachings upheld by the Church Of Christ,” guest Lolita Pascual enthused.
The brethren distributed copies of the Pasugo: God’s Message magazine days prior to the evangelistic activity.
“I’ll continue to unite in the intensified propagation of God’s words so that more people may join the Church,” deaconess Naneth Par said. “I will further my efforts in sharing the faith to my fellowmen.”
