On January 17 and 18, 2025, the Ecclesiastical Districts of Cavite South and Bulacan West, both in Luzon, Philippines, respectively held districtwide joint monthly meeting of their Christian Family Organizations (CFO), particularly Buklod, KADIWA, and Binhi.
Cavite South
For the said activity, Cavite South District had as its host site the house of worship of the New Era Local Congregation. Connected to the host site were the remote sites of 74 other local congregations, 24 extensions and 11 group worship services (GWS) of the district.
Brother Garry Graycochea, district CFO overseer, led the opening prayer. Then, the district presidents of the said CFOs discussed respective topics, including upcoming activities, with which they enjoined fellow officers and the brethren to actively participate in. Afterwards, Brother Dominador Tapang Jr., district supervising minister, delivered a Bible-based lecture concerning the importance of remaining united with the Church Administration in all the Church endeavors being launched, such as the respective CFO’s monthly meeting.
“With this activity I’ve been made aware of the CFO activities in our district, even well-oriented through God’s words, which serve as my guide in fulfilling my duties to God,” said Gia Erandio, Binhi district officer from the Local Congregation of Biga.
Bulacan West
The house of worship of Malolos Congregation served as the host site of the CFO Joint Monthly Meeting in the Ecclesiastical District of Bulacan West. Brother Librado Santos, district supervising minister, led the event.
Brother Santos highlighted the importance of conducting such meetings, that is, to strengthen their faith and bond as they are always encouraged to participate in all of the Church’s endeavors, especially their worship of God.
“The instructions and topics discussed have inspired and guided me as I lead my fellow brethren,” said Princess Aina Torres, Children’s Worship Service (CWS) officer. “Being reminded the scope of my duty has further encouraged me to strive fulfilling it,” said Chloe Anista, Binhi president of Malolos Congregation. — With reports from Erman Robles and Ardie Dionisio
