Brethren from all the 39 local congregations, six extensions, and one group worship service in the Ecclesiastical District of Ilocos Sur, Philippines, participated in inviting and bringing along close to 400 guests to a musical evangelical mission held at the San Vicente Municipal Gymnasium on June 7, 2024.

“I was impressed, delighted with the performances,” said Rubylin Angel Cacabelos, a guest of Quinarayan Congregation. “The program was well organized. The brethren’s unity in inviting guests to listen to God’s teachings was evident,” she added. Others like her said that they will continue to know more about God’s teachings upheld in the Church.

All in attendance listened to the uplifting Christian songs as showcased by selected talented members. These numbers highlighted the divine election of God’s Messenger in these last days, and the Church Of Christ that is the reason and fruit of his labors.

In between the musical performances, Brother Marco Luisito Tamayo, district supervising minister, read Bible verses regarding the aformentioned teachings of God. There was also an audio-visual presentation which further introduced the Church Of Christ to the guests.

“The importance of participating in the work of spreading the true faith was clear among the young members,” said Faith Nicole Jimenez, an organist from the Local Congregation of Sto. Domingo, having seen many young brethren with their guests.

Another choir member from the Local Congregation of Vigan City, Yieda Blaire Cosal, said, “I thank God for not failing our prayers. From the guests that our congregation invited, three of them decided to become doctrinal instructees.” — With reports from Edlyn Antolin of INC News Section
