“It’s so joyful. I’m very thankful to the Lord God that through the Church Administration a new house of worship has been built for our local congregation. This is a day truly filled with blessings for all of us here,” said Fernando Aromin, head deacon in the Local Congregation of Buenavista.

Brethren from the said congregation, which is under the supervision of the Ecclesiastical District of Cagayan West, Philippines, attended the dedication to God of their new house of worship on August 16, 2024. Church members from other local congregations in the district were also present during the said occasion.

Brother Rodel Barerra, district supervising minister, led the dedication of the newly built 110-seater house of worship.  A parsonage as well as offices for the congregation’s various departments were also built; state-of-the-art audio and video equipment were also provided.

“This house of worship is very precious for the whole congregation, that is why I will do my part in taking care of it. Also, I will do my best every time I fulfill my duty especially here in the house of worship,” added Erlinda Aromin, a finance officer.

“We will always prioritize the orderliness and cleanliness herein,” said Brother Frank Magbual, resident minister, on behalf of the congregation.

Buenavista Congregation is located in the municipality of Claveria, which is about 22 kilometers away from the district office beside the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Sanchez Mira, Cagayan. — With reports from Aileen Barerra and Sonny Jake Casiano of INC News Section
