“This is God’s grace. This is where we glorify Him. I’m so thankful for it,” shared Dionisio Recente, a deacon in the Local Congregation of Ibud, Ecclesiastical District of Mamburao, Mindoro Occidental, in the Philippines.

He was among the many officers in the Church from the said congregation who fulfilled their duties during the dedication worship service of their new house of worship on August 17, 2024. Brother Wilfredo de Luna, district supervising minister, led the holy occasion.

“My duty is far more important to me than anything of this world. I will make sure to value it the best I can as this signifies my dedication to my services to God,” said Reynante Dumale, a choir member, reflecting on the lesson taught.

The new house of worship has a 110-seating capacity, exceeding the previous 50-seater. It has also been equipped with a new audio and video equipment, CCTV system, and the Johannus organ. A new parsonage and offices for the local congregation’s various departments were also constructed.

Brother Daniel Cabalar, resident minister, shared on brethren’s behalf that “no matter what happens, we will always do our very best in giving our new house of worship a proper care.”
