For six consecutive days, January 12 to 17, 2025, the Ecclesiastical District of Orange County, California, conducted the ‘One New Era: Lingap Project’ events at various local congregations under its jurisdiction. This was one of the ways by which the district commemorated the centennial birth anniversary of Brother Eraño G. Manalo (1963-2009), the then Executive Minister of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ).

Brother Hanzl De Dios, district supervising minister, along with other ministers and ministerial workers, supervised these socio-civic activities with the help of Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers. Approximately 200 care packages, containing basic necessities such as groceries, medicine, and winter apparels, were distributed.

“This is a great blessing that I received from the Lord God,” enthused Fontana Congregation Buklod member Milagros Delos Santos, one of the beneficiaries. She added that she was inspired “to continue holding on to my faith and rely to the Lord God for He will truly never abandon me.”

“This activity was very important to us,” said district multimedia adviser Brother Chad Bustamante, “because we strive to continue to do what is pleasing to our Almighty God by being obedient to His commandment, to help our fellowmen who are in need, especially when they’re our brethren in the faith.”
