The Ecclesiastical District of Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur conducted a district-wide Pasugo: God’s Message magazine distribution activity on July 27, 2024, which was one among their other ways of celebrating with the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ)’s 110th anniversary.
Led by their respective resident ministers and Church officers, many brethren in the district altogether handed out more than a thousand copies of the Church’s magazine to nonmembers as well as inviting them to upcoming evangelical activities.
The Church members made use of the opportunity to reach out to their loved ones, neighbors, and friends.
“Inviting my friends and acquaintances to attend the evangelical mission, I told them to take time reading the Pasugo magazine, so that they would have prior knowledge about the beliefs and teachings upheld inside the Church Of Christ,” said Jessica Fuentes, a KADIWA officer from the Local Congregation of Taguitic.
Also a KADIWA officer, Elaine Grace Caraballo from the Local Congregation of Pulacan added that “despite my hectic [class] schedule, I see to it that I come to participate in this Pasugo drive for I know full well the importance of taking part in sharing the faith.”
“All brethren in our district, under the leadership of our district supervising minister, together with the ministers and ministerial workers, immediately responded to informing the whole community about the worldwide evangelical mission spearheaded by the Church Administration,” shared Brother Rino Velayo, district Light Of Salvation (LOS) overseer. “Through this Pasugo distribution activity, we’ve achieved the goal of preparing ourselves to fully participate in the upcoming worldwide evangelical mission.” — With reports from Grizzlyn Bañares and Romy Coveta
