Donned in fine suits and dresses, married members in Port Moresby Congregation, Papua New Guinea, gathered for a Buklod Night on January 31, 2025, at the Holiday Inn & Suites Port Moresby.

In his opening remarks, resident minister Brother Darhley Pataweg thanked the brethren for attending the event. He then encouraged them to keep their zeal in taking part in Church activities, and to remain as role models of being united with the Church Administration in giving glory to God.

The participants enjoyed as they witness their fellow brethren perform Iglesia Ni Cristo Original Music, and as they played in games prepared for them. Various gifts and awards were also given to Buklod members.

Choir member Edralyn Dampil, a mother of three, expressed her thanks to the Church Administration “who truly loves us. This activity helped me, an overseas Filipino worker, to overcome homesickness, and to remain steadfast in the faith despite the troubles I experience while being far away from my loved ones.”

The program concluded with a prayer led by Brother John Lawrence Reyes, ministerial worker. The congregation is supervised by the Victoria, Australia Ecclesiastical District. — With reports from Quiza Quinola of INC News Section
