Celebrating 36 years of God’s blessings, the Local Congregation of San Juan, in the Ecclesiastical District of Metro Manila East, in the Philippines, held an evangelical mission and a musical presentation on November 19 and 24, 2024 respectively.

Evangelical Mission

More than a hundred of guests attended the evangelical mission that was officiated by Brother Renante John Pacquiao, resident minister, at their house of worship on November 19.

During the study of God’s words written in the Bible, Brother Pacquiao emphasized that according to the Bible, joining the true Church, the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), is essential towards receiving salvation on Judgment Day. He presented biblical proofs that since it was established by the Lord Jesus Christ, it is the only true Church.

“I thank my friend who is an INC member for inviting me here,” said guest Curt Jeremy Enriquez. “I would like to continue examining the doctrines upheld by the Church.”

Ramin Khajehi, also a guest, expressed, “The brethren were so welcoming and I liked how the minister would always quote from the Bible.”

Musical Presentation

The musical presentation, which was organized by the congregation’s Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers, was held at the multipurpose hall of the Pinaglabanan Elementary School, San Juan.

After the opening prayer led by Apolinario Mabini, a head deacon, Brother Pacquiao delivered his opening remarks, expressing gratitude to the Lord God for the abundant blessings He has bestowed upon the congregation. He also commended the brethren’s efforts for the success of the event and encouraged everyone to continue doing what pleases God.

After the opening remarks, brethren from various CFOs and Church departments showcased their singing prowess, featuring Iglesia Ni Cristo original music. The event concluded with a closing prayer led by Brother Marte Baltazar, a minister.

“It is truly overwhelming to sing before the brethren,” said Novalyn Torres, a deaconess. “I’m very glad having been part of this activity.”

“Being united with this activity was very fulfilling. Aside from pleasing God, it has also provided us the opportunity to bond with other brethren, and witness performances which have truly inspired the faith of everyone in attendance,” said Love Joy Faminial, KADIWA president.
