Members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) in the Ecclesiastical District of Tarlac City, Tarlac, Philippines united in sharing the true message of salvation by inviting guests to the simultaneous evangelical missions held at their respective houses of worship on March 25, 2025.

For these evangelistic activities, district supervising minister Brother Bhel John Ubaldo led the study of God’s words at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of San Jose, while assistant district supervising minister Brother Jhavern Gindoy at the Local Congregation of Dela Paz. Other ministers constituting the district leadership, as well as the congregations’ respective resident ministers and ministerial workers spearheaded at other houses of worship.

During the study of God’s words, the presiding ministers and ministerial workers emphasized the must-have characteristics to be among those whom the Lord Jesus Christ recognizes as His true servants. Citing verses from the Bible, they highlighted that to be among true Christians, people ought to follow Christ’s teachings, including His command for them to enter the true Church—the Church Of Christ—to receive salvation on Judgment Day.

According to district Light of Salvation overseer Brother Dexter Jereza, there were a total of “4,619 guests across the district who attended the evangelical missions.”

Among the attendees was Engr. Rolando Manuel, a guest of the San Jose Congregation, who shared, “I’m thankful to be invited in this evangelical mission of the INC as I’ve learned one of the doctrines the Church upholds. I believe this event will be the start of my journey as I further examine the doctrines. I will enlist as a doctrinal instructee.”

Another guest, Karl Lopez, who was among those invited by the Sapang Tagalog Congregation, said, “I admire the orderliness of the event and the warm welcome of the INC members. I learned that joining this Church is necessary to receive salvation on Judgment Day.”

Three days prior to these district-wide evangelical missions, on March 22, all local congregations in the district respectively conducted Pasugo drives. — With reports from Christian Miranda of INC News Section
