Named after the subdivision where it is situated, the Verde Heights Extension of the Ecclesiastical District of Bulacan East held its first worship service on December 4, 2024. Under the supervision of the Local Congregation of Muzon, the newest extension is in Verde Heights Subdivision, Linawan, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan, Philippines.
The district supervising minister, Brother Daniel Llagas Sr., officiated the said occasion. He quoted from the Bible about the significance of conducting true worship of the Lord God, teaching the members of the Church to commit themselves to render and uphold such worship that is pleasing to the Father.
“Ever since we were young, our parents have taught us that we should highly regard our worship gatherings. This is why I wholeheartedly thank the Church Administration for approving the establishment our extension. We will continue to uphold our zeal in serving God,” said finance officer Maria Paz Faustralla. It was she who donated a part of her house to be renovated as the extension’s place of worship.
“On behalf of the brethren, we thank the Church Administration for tending to the welfare of our faith. This extension will be a beacon for the members to all the more share the true faith and render genuine services to the Father,” said Brother Eric Delos Santos, resident minister of Muzon Congregation. — With assistance from Dianne Andrea Verduz
